Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered a large room with a shower and bath, and a view of the beach just a two-minute walk away. However, the loud music until early morning and the uncomfortable bed were drawbacks. The room itself was spacious but had some issues.
The hotel offered a comfortable stay with a few minor room issues, and the Deputy Manager was notably friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for the beach and town center, but noise could be bothersome at night. The dining experience was good overall, with some room for improvement in specific requests. Despite little parking availability and occasional unpleasant odors, the hotel was well-situated near the pier.
I stayed on the top floor in a room with a sloping roof, which made it uncomfortable to move around due to having to stoop. The room was cold, and the water in the shower was only lukewarm.
The hotel is ideally located near the beach and town, making it perfect for a weekend getaway. The rooms faced the street, which made them hot in the afternoon, but the noise prevented us from keeping the windows open for long. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist with any queries, from parking recommendations to explaining the evening meal options. The dining experience was excellent overall, although service was slow on some occasions. The hotel facilities were great, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was simply amazing! The rooms were big, spacious, and very nice, offering a large comfortable bed, separate clothing area, desk/business area, and an ensuite with a shower and bath. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, shopping center, and food areas. The service was excellent, with polite and helpful staff who accommodated my requests. The dining experience was superb every morning. Overall, a great value for money.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although tired and in need of an update, offered a lovely view, and the staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was great, but be prepared to pay £50 ahead for drinks on a Saturday night. The restaurant served brilliant fish dishes.
Celebrating my birthday at the hotel was a nice surprise with a perfect location for my needs, offering a view of the pier. However, the room was rather narrow, leaving less than 2ft of space between the end of the bed and the wall where the TV was mounted, making movement around the bed hazardous.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was clean, roomy, and tidy, but there were some issues with noise and the room layout. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, but the dining options were not as varied as I would have liked. The location was excellent, close to the beach and other amenities.
